Will it work with my phone without magnetic ability?
Absolutely! Each box comes with 2 magnetic rings. For phones without magnetic ability, you can attach the magnetic ring to your phone or phone case to be the magnetic safety magnet you want to place. iPhone 12 series and above or phones with magnetic case don't require magnets.
I don't use iPhone 12/13/14, will this power bank work with my device?

Does this power bank heat up while charging?
MacSafe Elite Power Bank getting slightly warm while charging is normal. In case of overheating, it will automatically reduce the charging speed or stop charging until the temperature drops.
Does it work with non-magnetic phone cases such as OtterBox Defender?
Sorry, MacSafe Elite Power Bank is not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox defender cases
